
Telehealth Policy
Telehealth consultations are bulk billed until 30th June 2026. Please note, this is only applicable for patients with an eligible Medicare card, and who have been seen in clinic in the past 12 months. The exception is for patients who are registered with our practice through My Medicare.

Patients with infectious or flu like symptoms are advised to book a telehealth consultation.
​During a telehealth session, your doctor may determine that you require a face-to-face consultation for further assessment or treatment. We ask that, if possible, you come into the clinic during opening hours. If that is not possible, or if it is after clinic opening hours, we may request that you seek urgent medical care through other avenues, such as an after hours locum service or the hospital Emergency Department.
